This Agreement governs your access to and use of the niceph26 online gaming platform. By registering an account or using any service on niceph26, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. niceph26 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). niceph26 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on niceph26 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the niceph26 cashier team within the timeframes published in the platform's banking section. 6.2 Random Number Generation. All electronic games on niceph26 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG certification is maintained in compliance with PAGCOR technical standards.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, niceph26 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the players' accounts. niceph26 is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on niceph26. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the niceph26 platform — including but not limited to the niceph26 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of niceph26 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. niceph26 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9.3 Cap on Liability. Where niceph26's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, niceph26's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph26 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 User Responsibility. Upon permanent closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your niceph26 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the niceph26 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

12.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This does not affect niceph26's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and niceph26, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. niceph26 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Disputes relating to the regulatory conduct of niceph26 may also be referred to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
13.1 Right to Amend. niceph26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, niceph26 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the niceph26 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
13.3 Version History. The current version number and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this document. niceph26 maintains a version history of these Terms, which is available upon request from the support team.
